So thanks to David (Elijah’s Dad) I finally have ammo to shoot my new gun!!! (click on hyperlink for more info on it) It was AWESOME!!! I am still waiting on my CCW to get processed in FL, they are running way behind right now. Well it take about 200 – 500 rounds to break in a gun and I only put 50 down range. With ammo prices right now, I am sure you see why I am conserving a bit. Also I went by myself so I wanted to save some for Elijah to shoot this weekend :) So anyways, after 50 rounds it only jammed 2X’s on the last round in the mag, this is good considering it has not been shot. I was a bit disappointed with my aiming though. I was shooting a bit low and left. Now this could be because user error (trigger control) or just being a new gun and breaking it in. I have also never shot a 3 inch barrel 45 so I am sure that had a lot to do with it. Knowing how I shoot and the fact I was only shooting from the 15 yard line I was rather frustrated… from that distance I should of been dead center…LOL Oh well… with more practice on the new gun I will be able to get it right. I will attach some photos so you all can see what I am talking about :)
